I was treated very very poorly there. Left in tears. I was from out of province and had forgotten a very important medication at home in Saskatchewan. They absolutely refused to help and the doctor wouldn't even see me. They stereotyped me and didn't give a damn how very sick I'd get from not having my medication with me. I was there once before many years in an emergency situation, I had torn stitches in my abdomen (I had to go all the way to Red Deer for help) and again Stettler hospital treated me horribly refusing to help. Don't know why I thought it would be a better place in the recent situation.
Very Nice and friendly staff! thank you so much for being nice and taking care of me while I was in the hospital for my gallbladder surgery . I would like to say tank you to doctors and operation room staff as well.
Wonderful hospital, the staff where very helpful with in answering all my questions about our developing baby.
I would especially like to say how much I luv the staff at Stettler Hospital and care Center.. Always so very friendly and hospitable.. u all deserve a raise. Because I know it's not always easy. Thanx for your awesome service as u all deserve a big bonus... from a very happy patient..
If I could give zero stars I would. Almost all of the staff here is nice except for one of the nurses. Twice now I have gone for a broken wrist. The first time I thought I broke it, she told me that it couldve waited until I could see a doctor in a medical clinic to find out if it was broken and that I didnt need to go to emergency for that. Funny because I walked out of the ER with a cast on my arm but you know, I was fine!!! Then she did it again when I thought I broke the other wrist in February. Now she is doing it to my sister!!! Plus Ive been hearing from other people that she has been extremely rude to them as well!!! She should be fired for her damn attitude!!!
