Had an excellent experience with the doctors thus far.
I would not have even given this place one star!!! But was forced, to allow me to express my dismay of this incompetent Clinic. I understand all have a bad day, however after living here for 10 years and again been forced to go to the emergency because there is a three week to a month wait to see Your Dr. You are told by the nurses at the medical office that they can't squeeze you in and go to Emergency.. Once you get to Emergency I have been yelled at for using it for a non emergency illness..before even checking me over! How can they make this assumption? Like I said before I have lived here for 10 years and during these years have had to use and have stayed in the hospital as a patient as well.Not all treatment was bad of course, but I can honestly say 80% was terrible... But the last encounter was the last straw!!! I went to Emergency with bad abdominal pain... Very bad pain... And was told I had the flu bug that was going around and sent home ... Only to wake up that night screaming in unbearable pain... My fianc called the ambulance.. I was rushed to Red Deer Hospital.. I almost died because my appendix had ruptured... Why did they not check for this when I suggested .. But no I had the flu bug!!! So be very leery next time you go and are sent away... Your life may depend on this... Trust me... Now healed and well .....thank the Lord, I will be writing some letters and making some calls.... Just because they are Doctor's does not exempt them from a slap on the hands or worse... STETTLER HOSPITAL NEVER AGAIN!!!! AND I TOTALLY AM HOLDING THE DRS AT THIS CLINIC WHO MORE THAN OVERBOOK ,TO BLAME FOR ALL OF THIS!!! A HUGE MEDICAL REVIEW SHOULD BE DONE BY ALBERTA HEALTH CARE REPS... To all Dr's, clinics, and the hospital... As Stettler medical is known as the worse... It's not a secret.. Everyone talks about it... Stettler is such a wonderful community it's a crying shame the medical league is less then unaccepted and despicable !!!! LIVES MATTER!
Please update the information on the Web page. It clearly says your open till 5pm, which is not the case.
Not worth dealing with please update the time your open... 12pm to 1pm.. your closed ???
Was on hold for over 6 mins then she came on and said hold please was on hold till it cut me off they have 2 up front and still can't ever get to talk or book appointments for my doc what a waste of a clinic I think They need better staff there
