Don't give you what you booked for a room. When you question them they want more money for the room that you booked in the first place. Not willing to make guests happy. Rooms were clean
It was easy to find. The rooms we stayed in were clean and pretty nice. The staff were very helpful and nice...even smiling when we got there a 4am. There was a really good free breakfast the next morning. We even stay one more night. I'd stay there again and even tell others to stay there
I currently stayed at this hotel for a conference I had outside of Stettler. The hotel staff were nice however the cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. There were flies in my room and the duvet and pillows were yellow. The second night I woke up to a mouse on my bedside table; when I turned on the light it ran away. I immediately checked out that morning and when I told the staff on duty she didnt seem to care. I wouldnt recommend.
The room is clean enough, but I have a kitchenette an it is a joke, stove is very old, range hood fan has no filter so just blows around the room. Fridge too small for anything, microwave is from the 80's. Was 3 degrees for a few days and no heat, now it is almost 30 above and air conditioner doesn't work. I have only been here a week. Definitely won't be back.
Called weeks in advanced to ask for early check in for wedding in the area. The staff said yes we could. We called the day before our arrival to make sure we still can. They said yes no problem. Showed up at our time we told them and they didnt have our room ready and had to get ready for the wedding in the restroom. If they say you can have early check in make sure you are prepared for not early check in when you arrive.
